DESCRIPTION
Our Tip-Based tour of Helsinki is the perfect way to have an orientation of the city in around 2.5 hours. Starting in the most Historic part of Helsinki - the Senate Square, we aim to give you an understanding of our History, Culture, Architecture and life in Finland - as well as giving tips on what Foods to try, the best bars to visit, and where to see after the tour. A great way to orientate Helsinki for the first time.

PAY WHAT YOU LIKE: We offer these tours with NO PAYMENT UP FRONT. Simply take the tour - and AT THE END OF THE TOUR you leave a tip based on your own personal budget and experience of the tour. Simple as that!
MEETING PLACE
Tours meet at the Statue of Alexander ii, Senate Square. LOOK FOR THE RED UMBRELLA! We will also send confirmation after booking.

INFORMATION
This is a shared tour - you will be with other people on the tour. We try to limit the group size to maximum 30 people per tour as much as possible, and on busy days we send multiple guides. Our tours operate in rain, snow, and (hopefully!) sunshine. Check the weather before joining so you are best prepared!
DIFFICULTY
The tour is approximately 2 and a half hours in duration, and due to the layout of the city, it involves stair climbing and walking on cobbled streets. The tour would therefore be very difficult for those who are not able to walk at a moderate pace, those who have pushchairs/strollers, or those who who are coming in wheelchairs/otherwise have difficulty walking.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
BOOKING IS OBLIGATORY and necessary for joining the tour. We check-in customers at the tour start, so please remember under which name you booked the tour. If you are a group of 8 or more, SEND US AN EMAIL to arrange for your own private guide. We aim to run every tour we advertise, however occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control, we may need to occasionally cancel the tours. By booking this tour, you agree to the above.
